With an engineering background and decades of hands-on leadership, I’ve managed complex builds, teams, budgets, and long-term client relationships at scale. Technology has always been a passion of mine.

After years of running projects offline, I wanted to translate that operational knowledge into smarter systems. At Tedly, I focus on home improvement, industry partnerships, and ensuring our automation reflects how real projects are executed in the field.

Hey, I’m Edgar. I’m a fintech and investment platform operator with 15+ years of experience building financial infrastructure, leading regulated institutions, and developing systems that support capital growth and real-world execution.

I’ve always been drawn to building platforms. Over the years, I launched Armenia’s first equity crowdfunding marketplace, helped establish a unified money remittance network, and led the development of regulated FX and investment infrastructure, alongside real estate and renovation-focused ventures.

After transitioning into property and marketplace innovation, we co-founded Tedly — bringing real automation to property management and home improvement. My finance background and operational leadership shape how we build: disciplined, scalable, and grounded in execution.

Hey, I’m a Toronto-based real estate investor with 12+ years of experience developing, flipping, and converting single-family homes into multifamily properties, while managing rental operations in one of North America’s most competitive markets.

I’ve always been drawn to building systems. In 2021, I co-created Armenia’s first crowdfunding platform and later developed Builg, a marketplace connecting contractors and homeowners.

After exiting that venture, we focused fully on Tedly - bringing real automation to property management and home improvement.
