Our Story

Tedly began with a simple truth: managing and renovating properties shouldn’t be this hard.
Artur had seen the gaps firsthand—both as a real estate investor and through his experience running a renovation startup. He knew there had to be a better way. The vision was clear: create a smarter, more connected platform to make property ownership feel less like a burden and more like an opportunity.
He brought the idea to Edgar, a trusted partner from their fintech startup days. Together, they began building—and soon after, assembled a team of 10+ talented professionals across product, design, and engineering to bring Tedly to life.
Not long after, they crossed paths with Artak, a veteran in the construction world and founder of A&A Building and Remodeling in Massachusetts. Coincidentally, Artak had been exploring a similar idea. It felt less like a pitch and more like fate. He joined the founding team and invested in the vision.
With momentum building, the team expanded. Artak introduced Armen Danielian—a tech entrepreneur with a billion-dollar exit under his belt—and Saribek Gukasyan, a strategic thinker with deep fundraising experience. Both believed in the mission and joined as key supporters.
Then came Eduardo Hervias, a Canadian property manager and co-owner of the Wealth Genius network. He’d lived the same pain points and saw Tedly as the future. He signed on as an advisor.
Each step along the way reaffirmed one thing: this wasn’t just a startup. It was a shared belief among industry veterans, tech founders, and property professionals that the way we manage homes and buildings can—and must—be better.

Today, under the leadership of Artur as CEO, Tedly is on a mission to change how property management and renovation work across the world. And we’re just getting started.
