We’re seeking a senior engineer with experience in AI/LLM and full-stack JavaScript to join us as Lead Architect. You’ll shape our product, lead core development, and bring cutting-edge AI features to life.
◆ Architect and lead the end-to-end development of Tedly’s platform
◆ Build AI-powered tools and services with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based design
◆ Own our tech stack (Node.js, React.js, TypeScript)
◆ Build low-latency, cost-efficient inference pipelines
◆ Lead the development team and perform code reviews
◆ Introduce AI automation and code generation practices across the team
◆ Work closely with Product, Design, and Growth teams to ship scalable features
◆ Define and enforce clean architecture, testing, and deployment standards
◆ 5+ years as a senior engineer or architect in fast-paced product teams
◆ Deep experience with LLMs and AI automation
◆ Strong full-stack skills in JavaScript (React.js, Node.js, TypeScript)
◆ Familiarity with Python for ML/AI work and API orchestration
◆ Comfortable deploying models and building inference systems
◆ Clear communicator with a focus on product value and fast iteration
